5 SP per serve

This crumbly dessert is so easy you can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes. The soft baked fruit filling is topped with a yummy oat and nut bar mixture.

Ingredients

  • 385gĀ fresh red apple, peeled
  • 1Ā cup(s)Ā frozen blackberries
  • 1⁄2Ā cup(s)Ā dry rolled oats (45g)
  • 1tbsĀ Weight Watchers Buttery Spread, melted
  • 1tbsĀ maple syrup
  • 1Ā individualĀ Weight Watchers Nut Bar, Nut Deluxe, chopped
  • 4x 3 second spray(s)oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Combine apple and blackberries in a medium bowl. Lightly spray four 1-cup (250ml) capacity ovenproof dishes with oil. Divide apple mixture among dishes.

  • Combine oats, Weight Watchers Canola Spread, maple syrup and Weight Watchers Nut Deluxe Bar in a medium bowl. Spoon oat mixture onto apple mixture in dishes. Place dishes on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until topping is golden and crisp. Serve.

Ingredients

  • 180gĀ boiled udon noodles, shelf-fresh
    66 Points
  • 200gĀ snow peas, sliced
    00 Points
  • 2Ā mediumĀ carrot, coarsely grated
    00 Points
  • 300gĀ grilled lean skinless chicken breast, shredded
    55 Points
  • 2tbsĀ soy sauce, reduced-salt
    00 Points
  • 1tbsĀ sweet chilli sauce
    22 Points

Instructions

  • Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water, following packet instructions, or until just tender. Add snow peas for last 30 seconds of cooking. Drain. Refresh under cold running water. Drain.

  • Transfer noodles and snow peas to a large bowl. Add carrot, chicken, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Toss to combine. Serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Long fresh red chilli (finely chopped).
